James
James is our Workshop Manager and qualified jewellery engineer specialising in repair and manufacture. Overseeing distribution, stones and parts ordering for the workshop. James has also been trained in the use of new jewellery design technologies and 3D printing, offering customers a diverse choice of design options and streamlining manufacturing processes.
Simon
Simon is our Sales Manager and oversees management of our showroom, advertising and sales. A specialist in diamond sourcing, Simon works with customers to design and manufacture custom pieces of jewellery within customer requirements and budget. Simon works closely with our sales team to ensure friendly and consistent service to our customers to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases.
Stephen & Jane
In February 2016 Stephen celebrated 50 years as a jewellery tradesman. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in jewellery engineering, Stephen started our store and began as our Managing Director and Master Jeweller. Jane handled the Managing Director and Administration manager, overseeing all accounting and administration requirements. After many wonderful years, Stephen & Jane have since retired and left the store to their sons James & Simon.
